Estate Process Review
RM 1,120 · One-time engagement
A short engagement where we walk an estate, sit with the manager, mill supervisor, and HR officer, and read three months of records. The closing brief proposes a careful set of AI assists — typically harvest-record summarisation, supplier email drafting, and cross-shift handover note structuring. The work is MPOB and DOA-aware throughout.

Records & Reporting Pilot

A measured deployment of an AI assist that reads digitised harvest and supplier records, drafts summaries for the estate office, and structures handover notes for human review. Integration is read-only; humans confirm every external communication. Includes a six-week supervised pilot, bilingual training, and templates aligned with MPOB and Sustainability standards.

Estate Stewardship Retainer
RM 1,310 / month · Ongoing engagement
A monthly advisory engagement for estate operators whose teams already work alongside AI assists. Each quarter we sample outputs, audit records handling, and write a brief for the estate director. Includes alignment with MPOB, RSPO and DOA circulars, plus a yearly written summary suitable for the board. Designed for groups managing two to fifteen estates with a thoughtful chief operations officer.

What applies to every engagement
Data Handling Protocol
A written data handling protocol is agreed before any records are shared. Access is restricted to named Mahkota staff and data is not retained after engagement close.
MPOB Documentation Alignment
All templates are structured to fit MPOB reporting formats so AI-generated summaries slot into existing workflows without creating a parallel documentation layer.
Human Review Requirement
AI outputs are reviewed by a named staff member before use. This requirement is built into every template and is non-negotiable across all engagement types.
Bilingual Documentation
Where training and templates are delivered as part of the engagement, they are available in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Written Scope Agreement
Each engagement is governed by a written scope document agreed before work begins. Scope does not expand without a separate written agreement.
Sustainability Standards Awareness
RSPO certification commitments and DOA circular updates are reviewed at each relevant engagement milestone so that your documentation remains current.
